I am a Registered Dietitian in the UK and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I am specialised in intuitive eating and non-diet nutrition to offer you safe healthcare that focuses on your mental health, physical health and general wellbeing.

As a registered healthcare professional I am able to communicate with other members of your healthcare team and support you to receive non-diet, weight inclusive healthcare.

Designed to guide, support and challenge you to grow into the confident woman you are. I use video, exploration-based worksheets, real world activities and accountability tasks, as well as private coaching, to ditch food and body stress.

During the 12 weeks we will:

  • Reframe your mindset. You cannot move toward a goal you are not clear on and you cannot look after a body you don't respect. We will start by getting clarity here.
  • Remove deprivation. Restricting food leads to your body compensating with powerful biological and psychological drives. This is why diets don't work and this is why we will remove food rules.
  • Work with your body. You're innate eating signals are there. That's why you feel in a fight with your body. But you will learn to trust and understand your body's drives for a peaceful and easy relationship.
  • Allow Mindfulness and pleasure. Allowing satisfaction is a basic evolutionary need. We work on allowing food pleasure while understanding and coping with emotions in healthful ways.
  • Move forward. This is a long term strategy, not a quick fix. We explore how movement and healthy eating can fit joyfully and peacefully into your life without rigid rules.
