You don't need to feel stressed around food. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor I can support you to let go of stressful or emotional eating. Using my unique Reclaiming Your Food Freedom Method, you will learn to eat without food anxiety, feel good in your body and stop feeling out-of-control around food.

 

Unlike other approaches that focus on telling you what to eat, we explore your underlying reasons for food stress and take the guilt and shame away from food (reframe). We then focus on connecting back with your body so you can learn how to eat  in a way that promotes wellbeing without diet rules (connection). And finally we can bring in supportive food knowledge to compliment your new body confidence (confidence).

Reframe

Food anxiety is keeping you stuck. Recognise diet culture, take fear away from food and shift your perspective so you can naturally develop healthy behaviours that feel good for you.

Connection

Stop fighting with your body to eat or move a certain way that doesn't actually feel good for you. Develop body connection with hunger, fullness, self care and your emotions so you can feel satisfied and stop the food noise.

Confidence

Our world is full of conflicting food and body messages. I will help you navigate how to know if nutrition information is true, but also if it is supportive for you! Find confidence allowing nutrition information to help guide you without becoming overwhelmed.

How online support works

Meet for an initial consultation

Receive pre-consultation forms to complete before we meet so you can get the most out your session.

I will help you explore your experiences, challenges and goals and provide you with activities to continue exploring and a plan to move forward.

Follow up consultations

We meet at a frequency that best supports you. Often this is every 2 weeks. At each session we will explore your current progress, challenges and what you need to keep moving forward.

Follow up consultations are 50 minutes and you will receive activities to work through between sessions.

You feel good around food!

Our sessions all work on your relationship with food and body through reframing, connecting and building confidence.

You will notice shifts in how you think and feel around food, improve awareness of your body's eating cues and boost your self confidence which leads to natural eating behaviour change. And ultimately more headspace to enjoy life!

Single consultations

 

Best for those curious about intuitive eating and learning more about their own relationship with food and body.

You will spend the hour exploring where you currently feel a disconnect and what you can do to feel better around food. I will provide you with information as well as some activities and tools to take away from the session so you can keep moving forward. 

An initial consultation can be one-off or you can decide as you go how many consultations you would like.

Initial: £130 (1 hour)

Best for those who are wanting to make some healthy food or lifestyle changes but wanting to avoid falling into a diet trap or hurting their relationship with food and body.

Using my unique framework you will explore why you feel disconnected with your body, learn to honour a healthy mindset around food and I will support you to navigate health promoting changes without comprimising your body attunement.

Receive 1 initial consultation (1 hour) and 2 follow up consultations (50 minutes).

Recommended time frame 6 weeks. Expiry within 3 months.

Best for those who have spent many years on-and-off dieting, trying to lose weight or following rigid food rules. You may feel anxious and second guess what to eat and feel disconnected from your  body's hunger and fullness cues.

Receive 1 initial consultation (1 hour) and 5 follow up consultations (50 minutes).

What you can expect

You are the expert in your body, I am the expert in guiding you to develop trust and understanding so you can make the food and body choices that feel mentally and physically healthy for you.

I know how hard it is to find trust and connection with your body while living in a diet culture that pushes food morality and body ideals onto you. I also know that letting go of food rules and finding confidence in your body allows you to experience more joy and pleasure in life.

During our time together we explore your relationship with food, dive into the biology and psychology of the eating experience and gain clarity on the role food plays in your life (and the role you want it to play). You will be supported with activities to guide your transformation to a peaceful and happy relationship with food and feel empowered in your body.
